An acrylic removable denture contains full denture and partial denture. Here by acrylic partial dentures we mean without framework as skeletion.
Acrylic partial dentures are designed for a partially edentulous patient who desires to have replacement teeth for functional or aesthetic reasons. THe reason why it is referred to as a removable partial denture, is because patients can remove and reinsert it when required without professional help. They are made by putting on clasps to the remaining teeth. The remaining teeth act as abutments and denture teeth are made from materials resembling the natural teeth. Compared to fixed crowns or bridges, It is more economic.

Dental Lab Service Policies
1. We speak English and Chinese.
2. Dental Lab is closed on Sundays and Holidays.
3. Rush Work (work requested less time than scheduled) will be added an extra charge of 25% of the original price.
4. Payment: due to 30 days from the invoiced date. An estra charge of 5% per month is carried on if payment not done over 30 days.
| How to ship cases to us |
| Please prepare the following items before sending the cases or a digital case to us: |
| a. Write an ordersheet, fill it with as much information as possible; such as dentist name, patient name, tooth number, service items needed, single crowns or bridge, special designs, color, etc. |
| b. Taking working impression (model) and opposite impression (model), study impression (model) if necessary. Silicone impressions are more favorable, better not alginate impressions, as they will dry too quick. |
| c. Taking bite or mark on bite blocks. |
| d. Please include all implant parts if the case is an implant, including lab parts. If we need to prepare the implant parts, please inform us what implant name and type is needed. |
| e. Prepare airway bill for shipping (you can choose shipping couriers such as DHL, UPS or Fedex), You need to prepare two copies of commercial invoices and a non wooden declaration paper. (commercial invoices and non wooden paper, please contact our service person, we have those format you can use) |
| 2. Inform us the tracking number after shipping. And let us know when you need the cases back. Digital cases please send digital files to our mail address trushinelab@qq.com, we will contact you when we received the files. |
