Also they can stay in hot water within 80 degrees without deforming by itself.

| How to ship cases to us |
| 1. Please prepare the following items before sending your case or a digital case to us: |
| a. Write an ordersheet, fill it with as much detailed information as possible; example, dentist name, patient name, tooth number, service items needed, design, color, etc. |
| b. Send us working impression (model) and opposite impression (model), study impression (model) if necessary |
| c. Send us bite registration (if necessary) |
| d. Please include all implant parts if the case is an implant, including lab parts also. |
| e. Prepare airway bill for shipping (you can choose whichever shipping courier such as DHL, UPS or Fedex), You may also need to prepare two copies of commercial invoice, and a non wooden declaration paper. If needed, please contact our service person, we have those format you can use. |
