| How to ship cases: |
| 1. Please prepare the following items before sending the case or a digital case to us: |
| a. Write a work order, fill it with as much detailed information as possible; including dentist name, patient name, tooth number, service items needed, single crowns or bridge, design and color, etc. |
| b. Sending working impression (model), opposite impression (model) and study impression (model) if necessary |
| c. Send us bite registration (if necessary) |
| d. Please include all implant parts if the case is an implant, including lab parts |
| e. Prepare an airway bill for shipping (you can choose the following shipping courier, such as DHL, UPS or Fedex), You may also need to prepare two copies of commercial invoice for Customs and a non wooden declaration paper. Please contact our service people, we have those format if needed. |
