Custom orthodontic brackets are provided for supporting an orthodontic archwire at custom positions and inclinations on the teeth of a patient. The preferred brackets each include a bracket base mountable on a tooth and a support extending therefrom for supporting an archwire, preferably in a slot of the custom inclination, depth and preferably curvature with respect to the mounting surface of the bracket base to the tooth. It is produced relating to individual patient's anatomy, and preferably to tooth finish positions and bracket and archwire geometry calculated from the patient's model.

| How to ship orthodontic appliance cases to us |
| 1. Please prepare the following items before sending the case or a digital one: |
| a. Write a worksheet, fill with as much detailed information as possible; such as dentist name, patient name, aim for the appliance, return dates, designs, color(if necessary), etc. |
| b. Start to prepare and sent to us a working impression (model), an opposite impression (model), a study impression (model) if necessary |
| c. Send us a bite registration (if necessary) |
| d. Please include all implant parts if implant is needed here, including lab parts |
| e. Prepare airway bill for shipping (you can choose from the following shipping companies, such as DHL, UPS or Fedex. DHL is more favorable, as they are more quick), You may also need to prepare a commercial invoice for the local Customs and a non wooden declaration paper. Please contact our service person, we have those format you can use. |
