In some situations, pre-made impression trays does not fit for a specific patient, custom trays could be made by us to help dentist take more professional impressions for future construction, such as perforated trays for dentures or full dentures, or sectional tray for implants. We use acrylic materials for the trays, which gives patient no special odour.

| How to ship your cases |
| A. Please prepare the following things before shipping to us: |
| 1. Write a worksheet to us, fill with as much detail information as possible; example, patient name, tooth planned, service item, return dates, designs, color, other things needed, etc. |
| 2. Prepare to send us the working impression (model), opposite impression (model), and study impression (model) if necessary |
| 3. Prepare to send us bite registration (if necessary) |
| 4. Please include all implant parts if an implant shall be made, including lab parts. |
| 5. Prepare airway bill before shipping to us, (you can choose from the following shipping couriers, DHL, UPS or Fedex, as they are quickier) You may also need to prepare two copies of commercial invoice and a non wooden declaration paper. If needed, you can first contact our service person, we have those format you could use. |
| B. Inform us tracking numbers afer your shipping. Let us know the retun dates. Digital cases please send to our mail address trushinelab@qq.com, we will contact you when we received the digital files. |
