A record block, is also known as wax rim, bite registration or biteblock. It Is often used for toothless patient and patients who have difficulty to fix the right bite before making complete dentures or partial dentures. The function of biteblock is to record how the patient is biting, When dentist try the biteblocks, please record the necessary information for the next stage, such as mark the mid line, mark where the canine teeth are, draw how the smile line is, etc

| How to ship your cases to us |
| A. Please prepare the following things before shipping a physical cases or digital one: |
| 1. Write a workorder, fill with as much detail information as possible; example, patient name, tooth required, service items, return dates, designs, color, other things needed, etc. |
| 2. Prepare to send us the working impression (model), opposite impression (model), and study impression (model) if necessary |
| 3. Please include all implant parts if the case is an implant, including lab parts |
| 4. Prepare airway bill before shipping (you can choose from the following shipping couriers, DHL, UPS or Fedex, as they are quickier). You may also need to prepare two copies of commercial invoice and a non wooden declaration paper. If needed, you can contact our service person, we have those format you could use. |
| B. Inform us the tracking number afer shipping. Let us know the retun dates. Digital cases please send to our mail address trushinelab@qq.com, we will contact you when we received the digital files. |
