PFM (porcelain fused to metal) is a classic and traditional product in our lab. We are a professional dental lab. This product is a mature and popular product in the last few decades. Advantange of this product is: easy to insert, good fitness, great strength, permanent solution. Now we use milling technique for framework, mostly Co Cr alloy. Compared to the traditional high-noble and noble alloys, they are stronger and harder. What is more, they can be used in thinner sections (0.3mm). And they are more affordable.
Now we use CAD/CAM technique to help design and 3D print by using metal powder to framework. For porcelain, we have a variety of choices from Ivoclar to VITA, shofu, etc.
Now with the economic price, PFM is still a good choice within lab product library.

| For Dentists: How to ship your cases to us |
| First. Please prepare the following items before sending a case or a digital case to us: |
| a. Ask us for an ordersheet, fill it with as much detailed information as possible; such as dentist name, address, contact information, patient name, patient age, tooth number, service items needed, single crowns or bridge, pontic design, color, etc. |
| b. Prepare your working impression (model) , opposite impression (model), study impression (model) if necessary and bite registration. |
| c. If the case is implant, please include all implant parts, including lab parts and let us know all the implant information needed. |
| d. Prepare airway bill for shipping (We normally use shipping couriers such as DHL, UPS or Fedex, because they are time efficient. Contact us for more information for shipping if necessary), You may also need to prepare one commercial invoice for the Customs and one non wooden declaration paper. Please contact our service person, we have those format you can use. |
| Second. Inform us the tracking number. And let us know when you need the cases back. Digital cases please send to our mail address trushinelab@qq.com, we will contact you when we received the files. |
